My good friend Connor Cleary got me a ton of picks with my name on them when my first band, Secret Weapon, was going strong. Even though SW isn’t together anymore, I play with these picks every show and they remind me of how I fell in love with playing rock shows. A lot has changed since then, but I’m so grateful to have had those experiences, to have many of the same people supporting me still, and to have Michael Rosswurm and I still playing shows together.
For everyone who doesn’t know, Michael and I started Secret Weapon in middle school and we’ve been playing rock shows together ever since.
